If you wish to cancel your order you can contact us either by email at sale@princeelectronicsupplies.co.uk or by telephone on 01268 272800 before we have dispatched the goods to you. Where items have already been dispatched the following applies:
The safe return of items wrongly ordered or not wanted, is at your own cost. Unwanted or incorrectly ordered items must be returned within 14 days in their original condition suitable for resale. Once we have inspected the goods and agreed they are in acceptable condition we will issue a full refund or credit for the price you paid. We can only accept the return of used items if they are faulty. Non-stock/special order items will have to be sent back to the manufacturer for inspection and report. Re-stocking and any carriage charges will be deducted from the total refund value.
If the product specification did not match the product you received or you received damaged or faulty goods, you can return them to us in their original condition within 14 working days commencing the day after you received them and we will issue a full refund or credit for the price you paid. Please note: If on receipt of your goods the packaging looks damaged we would appreciate it if you could take photos including any damage to the goods, this will enable us to process your claim more effectively.
