The Yuasa Yucel 2.1-12v Back Up Battery is a lead acid heavy duty maintenance free battery is an ideal back up battery for a burglar alarm or fire alarm control panel. the battery life is 3-5 years, though the life will be reduced with higher temperatures, and must never be operated above 35'C (96'F). Without being recharged, batteries have a shelf life of 6 months, and should not be left for long periods discharged.
